ForceBrands is partnering with a high-growth, global consumer products company to identify a Digital Marketing Lead who will help shape the next phase of its digital and omnichannel growth.

This is a highly visible, commercially focused role sitting at the intersection of digital marketing, eCommerce, performance media, and omnichannel strategy. The Digital Marketing Lead will own strategy and execution across key digital channels and platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital leader who enjoys both building and optimizing. The organization is growing its investment in digital and is looking for someone who can bring greater structure, measurement, and accountability to the function while remaining hands-on enough to turn strategy into action.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead digital media strategy and execution across channels and platforms, supporting both Marketing and Omni-Channel teams

· Translate brand growth objectives into measurable, accountable omnichannel media investment strategies

· Drive eCommerce optimization across key platforms including Amazon, Chewy, , and other retail partners

· Own performance marketing and digital media investment, continuously optimizing toward revenue growth and ROI

· Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor metrics including revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and channel performance

· Turn performance data into clear commercial insights, recommendations, and growth opportunities

· Manage and optimize agency, platform, and supplier relationships while holding external partners accountable for results

· Build processes and internal capabilities as the organization continues to evolve its digital sophistication

· Partner cross-functionally across Marketing, Omni-Channel, Sales, Insights, and senior leadership

· Provide clear, credible performance updates and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

· Significant experience across digital marketing, eCommerce, performance media, and/or omnichannel commerce within a growth-oriented organization

· Strong understanding of Amazon and the broader retail media/eCommerce ecosystem; experience with platforms such as Chewy and is highly relevant

· Proven experience managing and optimizing meaningful digital/media budgets with clear accountability for ROI

· Highly analytical and comfortable translating complex performance data into actionable commercial recommendations

· Experience building dashboards, measurement xhyhwjd frameworks, and processes that improve visibility and decision-making

· Comfortable operating in an environment where not every process or capability has already been built

· Strong player-coach mentality with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and hands-on execution

· Executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership while also working closely with agencies and cross-functional teams

· Experience managing and holding agency partners accountable for performance

· Experience within CPG, consumer products, retail, omnichannel, or DTC environments; pet industry experience is a plus, but not required

· Familiarity with Pacvue or similar eCommerce/retail media platforms is a plus

· Interest in leveraging AI-enabled tools across areas such as optimization, audience targeting, measurement, and reporting, with an understanding of governance and brand safety
