Qualifications\n

• A current and active LMHC license in the state of Oregon is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field, with a strong foundation in relational and systemic therapy models.

• Proficiency in technology, with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms effectively and maintain a secure virtual environment for client sessions.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clarity in documentation and collaboration with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably in both telehealth and in-person settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, accompanied by performance-based incentives.
