Responsibilities Process factory and extended warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner. Verify warranty coverage and eligibility. Reconcile warranty receivables with manufacturer payments. Monitor outstanding claims and follow up on unpaid or rejected warranty submissions. Ensure warranty documentation complies with manufacturer requirements. Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues. Maintain organized warranty records and support warranty audits as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous automotive warranty administration experience is required. Experience with Tekion dealership management software is preferred. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Why Choose Nucar?
