What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality patient care in a busy Cath Lab environment
• Float between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier facilities
• Perform circulating, scrubbing, and hemodynamic monitoring roles for complex procedures
• Support coronary, peripheral vascular, structural heart, neuro interventions, and more
• Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation as needed
• Support the team with critical patient assessments and sterile technique
• Operate advanced imaging and monitoring equipment, including Philips imaging systems and Merge hemodynamic monitors
• Participate in rotating on-call shifts, including overnight and weekend rotations

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• 3+ years of RN experience; at least 1.5 years in Cath Lab preferred
• Ability to perform scrub, monitor, and circulate duties in a cath lab setting
• Experience with complex interventional procedures and case types listed (e.g., TAVR, MitraClip)
• Valid driver's license for floating between facilities
• Strong critical thinking, sterile technique, and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience with advanced equipment such as Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Pnumbra, Laser, Lithotripsy Atherectomy
• RCIS certification and experience with Merge hemodynamic monitoring system

About the Assignment

This role involves routine float between two prominent facilities in Bossier City, with some cases at a more specialized facility handling complex TAVR and mitral valve procedures. The RN will provide essential support in a fast-paced catheterization lab, working closely with cardiology, radiology, and vascular teams. Orientation includes a week at the Innovation Center plus precepting if needed.
