Human Resources Manager

CBIZ Talent Solutions is partnering with their valued client in the search for a qualified Human Resources Manager to join a well-established and growing manufacturing and construction organization in Suffolk County, NY. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day HR operations across multiple employee groups. Manage employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce initiatives. Oversee recruiting efforts, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent. Lead onboarding programs that create a positive new hire experience. Support payroll administration. Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and HR policy implementation. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership alike. What We're Looking For 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience. Experience supporting union and non-union workforces. Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practices. Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now payroll processing. Manufacturing, construction, industrial, or related industry experience preferred. A proactive, self-directed professional who can hit the ground running and drive results.
