Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the mental health needs of students.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring that the mental, emotional, and educational needs of students are met.

• Regularly monitor client progress and treatment outcomes as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Provide counseling and support to families, allowing them to better understand and assist their children’s psychological needs.

• Adhere to all Federal and State regulations related to mental health practice in school settings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges. You will work closely with students who may face issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and trauma, providing them and their families with the necessary support and therapeutic resources to promote emotional growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Expert knowledge in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions specific to children and adolescents.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with students, families, and educational staff.

• Ability to demonstrate organizational and planning skills essential for managing multiple cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
