Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with the Medical Director and medical team to integrate mental health care into overall treatment plans for clients.

• Conduct regular telehealth sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to help them navigate mental health challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Provide training to other medical and psychiatric staff on mental health issues, enhancing the overall knowledge and skills within the facility.

• Document all patient interactions accurately while adhering to confidentiality guidelines and regulations.

• Prepare and present reports on client progress and treatment outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

• Engage in ongoing communication with clients regarding their care and facilitate post-treatment referrals when necessary.

Qualifications\n
