Our collective expertise forms the foundation of TGR, which is rooted in a deep understanding of the revolutionary potential of robotic automation.The Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Accounting Clerk to join our team in Los Angeles. You will report directly to our CEO and serve as the financial engine of our daily operations, keeping our books clean. This is a fully on-site role at our Los Angeles headquarters.Requirements:What You Will Do:Manage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks OnlinePerform monthly inventory reconciliation using SOS by QuickBooks OnlineMaintain an accurate, up-to-date asset registerSupport the month-end close and deliver weekly financial snapshots to the CEOReconcile all corporate card transactions on RampServe as the day-to-day liaison with our external bookkeeping firm, PilotMatch purchase orders to vendor invoices and manage vendor relationshipsYou Are a Great Fit If You:Have 2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experienceKnow QuickBooks Online inside and out (SOS Inventory a plus)Are meticulous — you catch errors before anyone else doesTake full ownership of your work and do not wait to be asked before staying ahead of deadlinesAre comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where processes are still being built and improvedWant to be part of something bigger — a company with a real mission and a clear growth trajectoryAre based in or can reliably commute to the Los Angeles area — this is a fully on-site roleTGR Solutions, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace that is inclusive, diverse, and free of discrimination.
