License/Certifications: CMA certification required

Experience: Prior Medical Assistant experience preferred

Hourly Pay Rate: $22.23 - $27.37 (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Manage patient flow and assist providers with clinical and administrative tasks
• Perform standard rooming procedures and assist with patient intake
• Administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed
• Collect laboratory specimens and perform basic lab tests
• Support communication between patients and healthcare providers
• Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations
• Provide telephone support and check-in services
• Maintain supplies and assist with clinic operations as needed

What You Need:

• Required:
• CMA certification
• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant
• Ability to perform clinical procedures accurately
• Preferred:
• Experience in a clinic setting with diverse patient populations
• Phlebotomy and x-ray certification (if applicable)

About the Assignment This position supports a busy clinic offering personalized care to patients across all age groups, including infants, children, adults, and geriatrics. The Medical Assistant will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient experiences and efficient clinic operations.
