Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Dayspring, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on working with a diverse client population ranging from ages 9 through adulthood. Candidates should have experience in mental health treatment, applying therapeutic and preventative techniques suitable for varying age groups and presenting issues. You will play a crucial role in supporting clients as they navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, ultimately contributing to their overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Ability to provide proof of Professional Liability Insurance coverage.

The compensation for this position is competitive, with a salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on licensure type and client volume.
