Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history, mental health status, and overall well-being.

• Develop, implement, and adapt personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health issues, incorporating feedback from clients and family members.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, ensuring clients' needs are met in a compassionate manner.

• Collaborate with fellow treatment team members—including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists—to ensure integrated and holistic care for all clients.

• Educate and engage clients’ families, encouraging their involvement in the recovery process to foster a supportive home environment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring that client progress is documented effectively.

You will work primarily with individuals facing substance use disorders alongside co-occurring mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
