Call Center - Customer Service Representative

Customer Experience Specialist Do you enjoy helping people and creating exceptional customer experiences? Join our Service Center team and play a key role in supporting customers through phone, SMS, email, and web chat interactions. You'll provide accurate information, resolve concerns, document customer interactions, and help deliver a positive experience that reflects our commitment to outstanding service. What You'll Do Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, escalations, and service requests. Support customers through voice, SMS, email, and web chat channels. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities. Meet service, quality, and performance goals. Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training. Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-focused customer service. What We're Looking For Strong communication and listening skills. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working across multiple systems and applications. Previous customer service experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred. Work Environment Office-based environment. Primarily seated position. Less than 5% travel required.
