Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns: Beratung und Betreuung aller zugeordneten Consumer Kunden Umsetzung von Verkaufsförderungsaktionen im DIY Store Sortimentsanalyse und Empfehlungen, operative Produkteinführungen bei regionalen Kunden im DIY Unterstützung, Beratung und Koordinierung bei der Implementierung von Sonderflächen im DIY Durchführung von Produkttrainings und Präsentationen bei Kunden und auf Messen Market sensing – Analyse und Berichte zum Markt und des eigenen Kundenstamms, den daraus resultierenden Herausforderungen und Potentialen sowie eigeninitiatives Ableiten geeigneter Maßnahmen Kontinuierliche Anpassung des Kundenstamms anhand der vorgegebenen Klassifizierung (SAP-CRM/Salesforce) Folgende Qualifikationen sollten Sie mitbringen: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder im Bereich Sanitär/ Handwerk oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit Überdurchschnittliches analytisches und strategisches Denken Begeisterung für den Baumarkt Ausgeprägte rhetorische sowie kommunikative Fähigkeiten Hohe Reisebereitschaft Warum Grohe?
