Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and preferences.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to clients from various backgrounds, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.

• Monitor clients’ progress towards their goals, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes and enhance therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A current Vermont LCMHC license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

Compensation and Benefits\n
