Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients in a supportive and conducive environment. The Detox Center, while remote, provides a structured framework where you can effectively deliver services and adhere to best practices in psychosocial support. We utilize advanced telehealth tools to maintain connectivity and monitoring of our clients’ progress.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for clients entering the Detox Center to establish appropriate treatment plans.
\n
• Develop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams of healthcare providers.
\n
• Engage with clients and their families, providing education and support tailored to their journey toward recovery.
\n
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adapt treatment strategies as needed to meet evolving needs.
\n
• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plan modifications accurately and promptly.
\n
• Educate families on resources available to them and champion a holistic approach to recovery that includes family dynamics.
\n
• Adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional guidelines as prescribed by federal and state regulations governing social work practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification from substance use, many of whom may face concurrent mental health challenges. Your efforts will focus on promoting recovery, stability, and a positive support system as clients transition into ongoing support services.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current LCSW licensure recognized by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• A valid driver's license to ensure the ability to navigate necessary in-person visits when required.
\n
• At least one year of demonstrated experience in a clinical setting, preferably in detox or early intervention scenarios.
\n
• Strong skills in assessment, intervention strategies, and crisis intervention.
\n
• Commitment to culturally competent practices and sensitivity towards the unique circumstances of diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
