This role is designed for a remote work setting, providing flexibility and ease of access to both professional staff and clients. While the work is conducted mostly from a home office, our counselors are integrated into a larger outpatient office framework. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to foster emotional healing and resilience.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical counseling environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
