Responsibilities & Scope of Work Manage complex litigation matters across federal, state, and arbitration forums. Handle all aspects of litigation, including motions, discovery, court appearances, depositions, and witness preparation. Draft and argue dispositive motions. Collaborate with partners and clients to achieve case objectives. Stipend, Compensation & Mode Base Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 per annum, plus discretionary bonus.
