This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while working with clients across San Francisco, California, and beyond. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic assessments and evaluations to understand the unique needs of each patient, developing tailored treatment plans in consultation with them.

• Engage in direct counseling sessions with individuals and families through telehealth platforms, leveraging innovative techniques to foster engagement and healing.

• Implement specific therapeutic interventions in alignment with established goals, monitoring progress and adapting strategies as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and participate in case consultations to provide holistic care, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each patient's treatment.

• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards, ensuring all client interactions are conducted with the utmost respect and professionalism.

• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment notes and progress reports, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives, staying current with evolving best practices and trends in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Through a telehealth approach, you’ll be facilitating access to mental health support for those who may feel stigmatized or face barriers to receiving in-person care. Your work will be vital in breaking down these barriers and providing a safe, supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when documenting patient information.

Compensation and Benefits\n
