Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing trust and supportive connections while adhering to professional ethics and confidentiality requirements.

• Consistently meet with clients to evaluate their progress and well-being, addressing any concerns and planning for discharge when clinically indicated.

• Create, implement, and regularly update person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Document treatment notes and progress assessments accurately and timely in accordance with organizational policies.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and generate appropriate treatment roads.

• Facilitate regular individual therapy sessions that emphasize evidence-based practices tailored to the client’s experience.

• Engage in ongoing supervision, leveraging feedback to improve practice and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
