Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to dive deep into clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses and developing personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances.

• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically designed to address client goals and foster positive outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and promoting stabilization during critical situations.

• Record and maintain accurate, confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments, adhering to the highest ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications, alongside a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
