Executive Business Partner

Our client, a clinical-stage biotech company, is seeking an Executive Business Partner to support the CEO in a fast-paced, dynamic, and mission-driven environment. This individual will act as a strategic extension of the CEO, ensuring seamless execution of executive operations, managing complex calendars and priorities, and serving as a trusted liaison across internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, travel, and logistics with discretion and proactivity, anticipating and resolving conflicts proactively. Strategic Coordination: Prepare meeting materials, agendas, briefings, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings. Review all prepared materials and correspondence for accuracy and consistency. Internal Communications: Serve as a conduit between the CEO and key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, clarity, and execution of priorities. External Communications: Communicate with external stakeholders efficiently in a positive and professional manner, identifying and addressing any potential problems early. Project Management: Lead or support special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications are on track. Board & Investor Coordination: Assist with the preparation and distribution of materials for board meetings, investor updates, and leadership offsites. Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism. Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities and propose solutions to improve workflows, administrative systems, and cross-functional coordination.
