Executive Chef - International Cuisine (Kenyan Nationals)

Our five-star hotel in Atlanta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team As an Executive Chef you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations and creating exquisite international cuisine dishes for our guests Key Responsibilities Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities Create menus and recipes for international cuisine ensuring high quality and presentation Supervise and train kitchen staff including sous chefs cooks and other assistants Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions Manage food costing and budgeting to maximize profits Requirements Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant setting Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred Extensive knowledge of international cuisine techniques flavors ingredients and presentation styles Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team of diverse individuals Excellent communication organizational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be a Kenyan national with valid work authorization in the US Salary $1400 per month plus benefits We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities without discrimination based on race color religion sex including pregnancy national origin age disability genetic information or any other protected status #J-18808-Ljbffr NexaVision
