This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while also maintaining high levels of interaction with colleagues and patients through telehealth platforms. The standard work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the unique needs of geriatric patients, utilizing an evidence-based approach.

• Educate patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and relevant community resources to support their journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with federal, state, and ethical regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with older adults facing a range of mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
