The position offers a regular work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will build rapport with patients and their families, understanding their backgrounds and current situations to provide compassionate and effective care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in clinical mental health counseling, specifically relating to geriatric populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
