Work Environment\n

Our work setting consists entirely of telehealth services, allowing counselors to provide high-quality care from the comfort of their homes. Each counselor operates within a technologically equipped environment, utilizing secure digital platforms and electronic health record systems to facilitate seamless interaction and coordination among clients and clinical teams. The standard work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility based on patient demand and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' emotional and psychological needs, ensuring accurate diagnosis and tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities—such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic approaches—to effectively support individual clients, couples, and families.

• Lead and facilitate online psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at addressing common mental health challenges while fostering community among participants.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create an integrated and multifaceted approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health crises to ensure safety and stabilization for clients.
\n
• Educate patients on mental health topics, treatment options, and connect them with community resources to bolster their overall wellbeing.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately and securely to meet legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance clinical skills and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy to continuously improve the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. Candidates with a Master’s or Doctorate degree are strongly preferred.

• A valid and current state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and current evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Proven capabilities in conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations and formulating effective treatment strategies.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy to a diverse clientele.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive counseling environment.

• Ability to maintain professional ethics and set appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and related software.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous telehealth counseling experience would be advantageous, but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
