Shift hours/Contract Length: 7p-7a, 13 weeks ? Charting: EPIC experience required ? Weekend Requirement: Every Other ? RTO/Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Must submit requests upon submission ? Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours. ? Locals accepted for LPN's REQUIRED LICENSE/ CERTIFICATIONS ? Pending License Accepted: No, Must have an active New York Single State RN license. (NY is not Compact) ? BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - Please include valid NIHSS in submittal. REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS ? IV therapy (blood product administration, central line care, phlebotomy, starting/maintaining IVs); IV vasopressors ? CPAP/BiPAP; Ventilator management ? CVA (stroke), neuro-trauma, spinal cord injury, TBI ? Cardiac monitoring (interpretation and management of dysrhythmias) ? Emergency care (adult/pediatric ED, gunshot wounds, ortho trauma) ? Isolation precautions; Triage; Pediatric spinal cord injury UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING ? Ratios: 1:5; Adults, Geriatrics; All emergency type diagnoses ? Special Equipment: Bair hugger, rapid infuser, safe patient handling equipment ? Floating: Will be required to float within skillset ?
