Payroll Accountant – ConstructionSalary: $75,000–$90,000 | Full-Time | In OfficeA construction company on the northwest side of Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Payroll Accountant to manage weekly payroll and support accurate job costing. This onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employeesMaintain timecards, deductions, garnishments, and employee recordsHandle certified payroll and prevailing wage reportingAllocate labor costs to projects and support job costingReconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end closeEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll lawsQualifications3+ years payroll experience; construction industry preferredKnowledge of certified payroll and union payroll a plusStrong attention to detail and accuracyExperience with payroll systems (ADP, Paylocity, Foundation, etc.)Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance preferredBenefitsCompetitive pay: $75k–$90kFull benefits packageStable, team-oriented environment
