This role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to conduct counseling sessions from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement customized treatment plans after conducting comprehensive assessments and initial evaluations of client needs.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to meet each client's unique circumstances.

• Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings with multidisciplinary professionals to discuss treatment progress and client care strategies, ensuring coordinated support.

• Client Support: Offer continuous support to clients facing various challenges, including stress management, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and coping strategies.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, thus ensuring quality care delivery.

The primary clientele consists of adults experiencing a diverse range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and more significant psychological traumas. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our compensation package includes:
