Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations of patients experiencing functional limitations and disabilities related to orthopedic conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each patient's unique needs and recovery goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication regarding the patient's continuum of care.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress accurately while adhering to all regulatory requirements and professional standards.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive treatment strategies, including regular feedback on patient progress and adjustments to treatment as necessary.
• Provide education and resources to patients and their families to facilitate better self-management and adherence to treatment guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training, clinical education for students, and community outreach initiatives to further enhance both personal and clinic reputation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work as an orthopedic physical therapist will mainly focus on adult patients recovering from conditions such as post-operative joint replacements, sports injuries, and orthopedic trauma. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Compensation and Benefits
