Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to identify their needs, presenting issues, and mental health histories.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address the specific goals and expected outcomes for each client, integrating evidence-based approaches and therapeutic modalities.

• Deliver individualized counseling sessions that cover a diverse range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship difficulties.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share experiences, foster peer support, and encourage collaborative learning.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in distress, ensuring immediate support and devising safety plans when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions, client interactions, and treatment progress while communicating with other healthcare providers and insurance companies as needed.

• Adhere strictly to professional ethical standards, maintaining client confidentiality and ensuring appropriate boundaries in all professional interactions.

Qualifications\n
