Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LPCC, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and interventions as part of your clinical practice.

• Build strategic relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote clinic programs and explore new funding opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your patients will include individuals grappling with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and life transitional challenges, ranging from developmental disabilities to those recovering from brain injuries. This role is essential in providing emotional support and therapeutic interventions tailored to help clients achieve their personal wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health field is mandatory.

• An independent LPCC license to practice in California is required, with support available for out-of-state candidates seeking licensure in California.
