Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to create individualized treatment and discharge plans based on comprehensive psychosocial assessments.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and implement evidence-based interventions to facilitate recovery.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including clinical and progress notes, adhering to departmental standards and best practices.

• Provide both counseling and crisis intervention services, assessing and treating emotional and behavioral problems in a timely manner.

• Engage families and support systems in treatment planning and discharge conversations to foster a continuum of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be directed towards a diverse population of patients including individuals at various life stages facing psychological distress and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LICSW license in Washington State is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services in an independent capacity is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency with electronic medical records systems and general office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience treating individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults, is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
