Branch Manager

Description Our Branch Managers are responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the Branch. This includes leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability. Branch managers must lead a defined member engagement process, coaching specific behaviors that enhance the member service experience and drive growth, while also driving accountability for operational excellence. As a Branch manager, ensuring the execution of policy and procedures is in alignment with applicable regulations is essential. Requirements Desired: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Required: 5+ years of experience in financial operations or a similar role. 3+ years of leadership experience. Ability to inspire a team where collaboration, adaptability, and accountability to performance are critical to performance. Exercise independent judgment and critical thinking. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of coaching and developing staff. Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism. Ability to motivate and influence others.
