Compensation New hires start between $84,466 and $112,621 based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. Benefits Eligible after 30 days of full‑time employment (minimum of 30 hours/week): Medical Flexible spending Dental Vision Additional Coverage After 60 Days: Life AD&D Disability Other Benefits: Dependent Daycare Flexible Spending Tuition assistance (100% for bachelor's, 50% for graduate programs) Retirement plan (3.5% annual compensation contribution, plus 3.5% match for 6% individual contribution) Employee recognition programs Public transportation discount Employee assistance program (EAP) What You'll Do The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is accountable for the execution and delivery of HR services including employee relations, engagement, retention, legal compliance, training, change management, policy development and interpretation, and special projects in support of company initiatives. Responsibilities include: Weekly or bi‑weekly meetings to build positive employee outcomes. Consultative approach to employee relations, performance management, talent management, and change management. Provide HR advice, support and guidance; navigate and resolve employee issues, maintain compliance. Coaching and developing leaders and managers. Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and partner with legal counsel. Improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. Develop job descriptions and ensure consistency. Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers. Provide coaching to Managers on communication. Collaborate with other HRBPs for consistent solutions. Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Collaborate with program partners on grant metrics and reports. Partner with community resources to build brand and pipeline. Identify training needs and executive coaching needs. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field (or equivalent education and experience). Minimum of 5 years experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Working knowledge of HR disciplines, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity and inclusion, performance management, and employment laws. Track record of consultative approaches to employee relations, performance management, talent management and change management. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential or ability to obtain within one year. Willingness to work flexible schedule including shift coverage, weekends, and holidays. Preferred/Desirable Master’s degree in Business or Human Resources.
