This role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment while being part of an outpatient team. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs, identifying mental health challenges and strengths to design effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties.

• Collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care that integrates diverse therapeutic perspectives.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, employing outcome measurement tools to enhance effectiveness and accountability.

• Pursue ongoing professional development by attending workshops, obtaining certifications, and participating in mentoring programs to enhance clinical competencies.

• Contribute to the continual improvement of therapeutic practices by sharing insights and feedback during team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges. Our clients often present with issues relating to stress management, relationship struggles, life transitions, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in California (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required for this role.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a mental health counseling role is necessary.

• Proven interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clients quickly.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is beneficial, though not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
