Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions, focusing on women aged 35-55 while addressing various psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities aligned with clients’ specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Perform comprehensive assessments that inform treatment plans, employing standardized evaluation tools and client feedback to gain insights into their needs.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adapt treatment strategies as necessary, and provide unwavering support to facilitate the achievement of therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care, including appropriately referring clients to other specialists and resources when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field, with an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license.
