With strong teamwork, hands‑on collaboration, and a fun environment, this position is ideal for RTs who enjoy autonomy, patient interaction, and a supportive culture.Key highlightsWork Arrangement: 50% office, 50% road.Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; 2 to 3 days per week.Driving Distance: Up to 50 miles.Salary range$38 – $42 per hour. Compensation offered may vary based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.On-Call transparencyRotation every 3rd week; primarily phone assistance with occasional home visits when needed.What you’ll doConduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow‑upsEducate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenanceAssess patient needs, document care delivered, and escalate concerns appropriatelyRespond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needsCollaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teamsMaintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptopSet up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilationInspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating conditionPerform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signsPerforms other duties as requiredWhat we look forRegistered Respiratory Therapist with an active OH RT license.
