Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients' mental health needs through remote consultations and face-to-face appointments.

• Utilize evidence-based approaches to develop and implement personalized treatment plans, taking into account each client's specific circumstances.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, offering a supportive environment for clients to discuss and navigate their mental health challenges.

• Monitor clients' progress towards treatment goals and adjust plans as necessary, actively engaging with clients to encourage their input and collaboration.

• Advocate on behalf of clients to access community resources, programs, and services that aid their recovery and personal development.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client health.

• Document all sessions and client interactions in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and transparency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role allows you to work with a diverse population of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults grappling with a spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
