As a remote-based position working with our Detox Center, you will engage with a multidisciplinary team that promotes a collaborative approach to student wellness. Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each student.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize mental health initiatives and strategies for emotional well-being.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions suitable for students with ASD, ADHD, learning disabilities, and related disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that promote emotional regulation and personal growth.

• Work collaboratively with educators, speech and occupational therapists, maintaining a unified approach to care for students.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to handle mental health emergencies effectively.

• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions and available resources to promote well-being.

• Ensure diligent documentation of all interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Nevada.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, candidates with less experience but a strong commitment to growth and learning may also be considered. Experience with special education environments and trauma-informed care approaches is highly valued in our selection process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, reflecting the level of experience and expertise you bring to our team.
