The position offers standard working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekends as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW within our organization, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments for students with various diagnoses and special needs, ensuring accurate understanding of their individual challenges.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that prioritize the mental health needs of students, facilitating integration into the school environment.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to specific diagnoses including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, and attention- deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions focused on building emotional regulation and healthy coping mechanisms.

• Collaborating with educators and specialists, including speech and occupational therapists, to deliver a comprehensive treatment plan.
\n
• Offering immediate crisis intervention support and guidance during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Informing students and families about mental health conditions and educating them on available community resources.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions accurately according to legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Actively participating in team meetings and professional development initiatives to stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your main focus will be on a diverse population of students with special needs, including those with autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral challenges, and trauma-related issues. By delivering tailored mental health services in a supportive educational context, you will help these students navigate their daily interactions, enhancing both their academic success and social development.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Colorado.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
