Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Therapy Plans: Assess patients' needs and craft individualized treatment strategies that empower them to reach targeted objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Draw upon evidence-based practices to support patients in enhancing their motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, medical practitioners, and nursing staff to deliver integral, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their caregivers on the best therapeutic practices to encourage progress even after they leave your care.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment: Monitor patient development through careful documentation and modify intervention plans as needed to ensure continued growth.

Qualifications

• Graduation with a degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized program.
• Continuing education and advanced certifications are welcomed and actively supported.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current and active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is essential.
