This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while primarily serving clients in an outpatient setting. Our outpatient office is designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for both our staff and clients. You will have the support of our administrative team to handle scheduling and other operational tasks, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping others. We have structured our workweek from Monday to Friday, ensuring no evening or weekend shifts are required, thus promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients effectively, ensuring that each client feels valued and understood while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, and therapeutic needs, and to modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries, to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of new clients’ mental health needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions per week, employing various therapeutic modalities that best suit the client’s unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted California LPCC license, enabling independent clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Intelicare Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We also provide a sign-on bonus of $3,000, alongside a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment ahead of collections, eliminating the wait for reimbursements. Additional benefits include:
