Business Development Manager | Austin or Houston | Hybrid | $120k OTE A high growth B2B tech platform is hiring a Business Development Manager to build new business across the Texas market. This is a pure hunter role for someone who genuinely enjoys prospecting, opening doors, and creating opportunities from scratch. This role suits people who love the process of selling, not those waiting for inbound leads or inherited accounts. The Role You will own a defined territory and be responsible for winning new mid market and enterprise customers. You will manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through close and launch, working closely with internal operations teams to ensure long term success. This is not an account management role. You will be expected to hunt consistently, build your own book of business, and maintain momentum through disciplined activity.
