We Are Looking For A Creative Marketing Manager In Storyby

Storyby is an entertainment tech company that turns original ideas into stories in novels, vertical films, and immersive audiobooks. More than 10 million people worldwide read, watch, and listen to our content.

In the Storyby ecosystem, there are three products:

• DramaShorts is a streaming vertical film with 1 million fans monthly (own production in Europe and the USA)

• AlphaNovel is a platform for novels and immersive audiobooks with a library of more than 20,000 works

• StorybyWriter is a publishing platform for more than 25,000 authors. The strongest stories are adapted for DramaShort

We are looking for someone who will turn our bestsellers into viral advertising strategies and lead the creative development of AlphaNovel in Meta.

Your work will be based not on standard marketing pains, but on a deep understanding of the content: you will analyze our top novels as separate products, developing a unique visual strategy for each one, ensuring a stable success rate of creatives.

Joining the team now means:

• Being a strategic owner of the direction: you will have full carte blanche to develop the Meta channel, where your decisions will directly impact business scaling and budgets

• Working on a large scale: you will own the Meta source for a product with more than a 6-million audience and help us massively scale budgets

• Working in a zone of constant creative drive: your product is constantly updated. Instead of promoting one feature, you will work with new plots, genres, and emotional hooks weekly

• Influencing a top product: AlphaNovel is in the TOP-3 for recognizability in its niche, and you will have a direct impact on its strategic development in Meta

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building a creative strategy: analyzing content (books, novels), identifying growth points for Meta/Web, and forming a systemic vision for marketing

• Full cycle of creative creation: from daily idea generation and script writing to setting up design tasks and monitoring execution

• Analytics and hypotheses: deep analysis of our own launches and performance of individual titles. You must understand why one book "flies" and another does not

• Managing the "creative factory": systematizing brainstorms, prioritizing backlog ideas, and ensuring the necessary capacity for large budgets

• Cross-functional interaction: close work with the Growth Manager, media buyers, and designers for quick implementation of insights

What is important for us:

• Experience in performance marketing: you clearly know what CPA, CTR, and success rate are, and you can manage these metrics through creativity

• Analytical and strategic thinking: the ability to see the system behind chaotic actions and build plans based on numbers

• Autonomy and ownership: we are looking for someone who makes decisions and takes responsibility for the Meta area

• English (B2): ability to work with English-language content

• Adaptability: we grow quickly, so the strategy can adapt on the fly—it is important to maintain focus

It will be an advantage:

• Experience in building or mentoring a team

• Love for storytelling

• Experience in creative writing: the ability to create texts that hook from the first second
