Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of comprehensive HR experience. Must have a strong background specifically in recruitment and training. Language & Compliance: Proficient in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Deep familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is required. Core Competencies: A strong sense of responsibility, excellent cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to work highly independently in a dynamic environment. Business Support: Deeply understand the business, provide tailored HR solutions, and support the achievement of core business goals. Talent Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment, drive training and development initiatives, oversee compensation & benefits management, and manage employee relations in line with global HR processes. Compliance & Operations: Ensure all HR operations strictly comply with local laws and regulations while maintaining healthy, positive employee relations. Collaboration & Execution: Drive the effective implementation of HQ HR policies locally and facilitate seamless cross-department collaboration.
