This is a remote position, enabling our counselors to work comfortably from home while maintaining a professional and organized workspace. Our outpatient office serves as a collaborative hub where counselors engage in virtual meetings, case studies, and supervisory sessions with fellow team members. Our staff enjoys a work-life balance supported by flexible hours, specifically a standard schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to individual client goals, drawing from various therapeutic modalities.

• Providing counseling services at multiple levels, including individual therapy, couples therapy, and group sessions, while employing the most suitable therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of professionals to ensure comprehensive, well-rounded care for each client.

• Maintaining detailed and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring secure and effective documentation practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license in the state of Florida is mandatory, allowing candidates to practice without supervision.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, a generous sign-on bonus is included to welcome new team members.
