Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, develop clinical diagnoses, and create effective treatment plans based on individual goals.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy by utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant systems tailored to the client’s needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies, ensuring safety and stability.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments, in compliance with both ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Work collaboratively with other health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance the overall treatment strategy for patients, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health concepts, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and their tailored needs.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
