Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions, encouraging interaction and personal growth within the group.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients, tailoring therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs and situations.

• Manage a reasonable caseload effectively while ensuring the delivery of quality mental health services.

• Utilize electronic medical records efficiently to document interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes with minimal paperwork.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans that address both mental health and broader health issues.

• Exercise sound judgment in assessing clients' needs and modifying treatment approaches as necessary.

• Exhibit group facilitation skills and a strong understanding of psychiatric diagnoses and treatment modalities.

• Engage in professional development opportunities and continuous education to stay up-to-date with best practices and innovations in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients who may experience an array of challenges, including trauma-related issues, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, and co-occurring conditions. Our focus is on fostering a safe space for clients to share their experiences and work towards recovery. Understanding the complexities of each individual’s circumstances will be crucial in your role.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An active independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
\n
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large caseload and cultivate relationships with clients and support staff.

• Demonstrated passion for making a positive impact in the field of behavioral health.

• Proficient in using digital communication tools and electronic medical records systems for seamless client management.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in facilitating discussions via email and telecommunication.

Preferred Experience\n

• Knowledge of and experience in the 12-step recovery process is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience working within a telehealth context and familiarity with digital therapy tools.
\n
• Prior experience leading group therapy sessions is highly desirable.

• Background in providing care to various demographic groups, ensuring culturally competent services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
