Our work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, detailing their severity, frequency, and impact on daily living.

• Work collaboratively with clients to co-create tailored treatment plans, aligning with their specific goals, preferences, and needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, presenting treatment options and strategies for self-management and resilience.

• Monitor clients’ progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and address evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in the field of mood disorders to enhance therapeutic interventions and share best practices with the team.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients grappling with mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will engage with a diverse population, providing compassionate care that respects individual differences and backgrounds. Effective communication and rapport-building will be essential in fostering therapeutic relationships and encouraging client openness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon is essential.

• Demonstrated success with at least two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders is preferred.

• Competency in delivering well-established treatment modalities, specifically CBT and DBT, is required.

• A comprehensive understanding of psychopharmacology and an ability to collaboratively engage with psychiatrists and other medical professionals is crucial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
