This position offers the flexibility of remote work while maintaining the collaborative spirit of our outpatient office. Our workday runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, employing diagnostic tools and interviews to ascertain patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to provide effective individual and group therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups to create a community environment for patients, helping them share experiences and learn coping strategies.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and ancillary healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive, patient-centered care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support for patients experiencing acute mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for seamless documentation and workflow.

• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in team meetings to share insights and enhance the quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proven competency in utilizing evidence-based treatment methods.

Compensation and Benefits\n
